Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The room was clean, but the common areas need better maintenance. The staff seemed overwhelmed, made the atmosphere uncomfortable. If you're looking for a quick stay, this place has basic amenities but don't expect too much from breakfast. Consider bringing your own snacks!

I booked an immaculate room complete with the hair dryer, the bathroom and the light colored curtains. The staff was accommodating and amicable all the time. It was in a central location, to everything from motel.

The staff is friendly, that's an advantage.

Good setting, just off the Dunes, local breakfast favorite, old town and a lot of restaurants, and many stores and sights...

the location of the hotel was magnificent - not too far from florence event center. there was a great restaurant just a short walk away from the property. we got a room with a bathtub. the continental breakfast was included.

The advertised handicap-accessible room was much smaller than expected, lacking proper amenities like a roll-in shower. Cleanliness was a major issue. The bathroom had visible mold, and the room had an overall neglected appearance. For breakfast, only fruit and coffee were offered.

our deluxe queen room included a writing desk and a dresser. the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was clean. the staff were kind and know their duties. its magnificent, central location was a plus.

The parking area resembled a junkyard, cluttered with janitorial equipment outside the chain link fenced pool. Dirty floors left my feet grimy even after a short stroll, and the loose coffee grounds outside my door were a major turn-off. Breakfast options barely existed-just some bananas and oranges-plus not a drop of milk for coffee, a big miss for my morning ritual.
